1.It is welded with steel plate, so it is with good rigidity and stable precision.
2.The crankshaft is placed lengthways, so the structure is compact and the contour
beautiful.
3.Using the combined pneumatic frition clutch and brake, the engagement is smooth,
the action agile, and the noise low.
4.Gear pair adopts the flooding system lubrication.5.The slide block is six-face rectangle with longer guide track whose face is copper
panel. Meanwhile an imported hydraulic overload protector is installed in the
slide block whose air pump and high-pressure ring seal are imported.
6.In case of overload, it will restore to its original position.It is marked with
high sensitivity and reliability.
7.For JH21-25/25B/45, the die set is adjusted manually. For JH21-25/45, there is scale display to show the die set height. For JH21-25B, digital display is adopted to show the die height(with precision
reaching 0.1mm).
For models above JH21-63, the die set is adjusted by means of motor. For models above JH21-45, the slide block is fitted with lifting balance cylinder,
of which the sealing ring is imported. And, the electrical thick oil forced
lubrication is adopted; for the air passage is adopted the duplex safety valve;
and the imported PLC is adopted for the electrical control. Thus the machine is
marked with high level of safety performance. The press can be equipped with air
cushion, automatic feed shaft and photoelecrtic protector, and can be equipped
with various automatic equipment, which conform to the safety standard of press.
