CNC plasma cutting machine is a computer controlled precision machinery
of high frequency thermal cutting automation equipment. It can cut arbitrary shape
sheet.
The machine is composed of II frame, vertical guide, transverse(flame) cutting torch,
gas supply system, CNC system and so on. Driving tail beam, crossbeam all use
the box welded structure. After welding , it treats for eliminating stress, compact
structure and appearance generous. The overall vertical beam running initiative
driving tail beam uses the form that Japanese Panasonic AC servo motor with
German SEW companies PF37A reducer, and then drive through the gears. The installs
horizontal steering rounds by the side of driving tail beam. Adjusting its
eccentric shaft to steer round compress guide can ensure the smooth and accuracy
of the whole operation. Vertical guide takes the high strength tracks(38kg/m).
The surface of the tracks is processing by precision machining. The guideway flank
installs the precision maching rack. Horizontal guide all use linear ball guide
to ensure the accuracy of NC cutting torch. It takes the pressure plate, backup
plate and the coulper to fix the guide trail. The installation can ensure guide's
vertical straightness, parallelism, etc. Horizontal cutting torch is installed
on horizontal extension unit or the Janpanese Panasonic AC servo motor with
German SEW companies PF37A reducer, and then drive through the gears to achieve
the operation.
The main driven cutting torch carriage uses the steel belt to transmite. The steel
belt has the high strength steel, the crossbeam with both sides guide wheel may
tighten the steel belt. The gas supply uses the second decompression, and then
operate in two ways. Prevented tempering equipment can guarantee the air course
to be steady and unimpeded.
